Today is my first day to do a showing. This lady lives in my building wants to buy a three bed room place, I found two on the market for her. There is a big difference between the two condos, one is highly upgraded, the other one is original and poorly maintained. The price is very different too. I am not sure which one she is really interested in it. I learned from boss and the listing agent about what to say. Overall this is the start of my career!
